I had a small problem with my package and was expecting it to be a hassle, but support actually got back to me quickly and fixed it. It did take an extra day, which wasn’t ideal, but I have to admit it all worked out fine in the end...

Support sorta helped me get everything sorted out, and the install went smoothly after that.

My order did show up eventually, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely felt slower than I expected. The tracking was decent and I appreciated being able to see updates, although at the same time it didn’t really make the waiting any less annoying. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly great either. I’d probably order again, but I do hope shipping is quicker next time

I bought a packing machine from jiaropack.com and I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. So far, I’d say it’s been good overall. It runs steadily, and the seals usually come out clean, at least from what I can tell.

The setup took me a bit longer than I expected, mostly because I wasn’t totally sure about the right settings at first and had to adjust things a few times. Once I got it more or less dialed in, though, it started working fine.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I think the manual could be clearer. Maybe it’s just me, but I had to figure out a few things on my own. Still, the machine itself seems to be doing the job well so far.

I was trying to get it sorted before the end of the week because I had a few orders piling up in my garage, so the delay was frustrating. They did eventually reply, but the instructions weren’t super clear, and I had to go back and forth a bit to figure it out. In the end, it took me a few days to fix something that felt like it should’ve been simple.

I’d been using it for a bit and everything was mostly okay, so I figured reaching out with a quick question wouldn’t be a big deal. The setup and general experience were fine enough, but when I needed help, it took a really long time to hear back, and the reply didn’t really clear things up much.

Shipping was quick, and the box came in good shape. Nothing was smashed up or messed with, so yeah, all good there

I was surprised by how easy this was to use. I was kind of rushing and didn’t have much time to mess around with instructions, but I got it set up quickly and just started using it. It made packing a lot less frustrating than usual.

I ordered some custom packaging from Jiaropack, and overall the options were solid. I was able to choose the size, color, logo placement, and a few material details easily, which made the process feel flexible.

The team was helpful when they got back to me, but a few replies took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did slow things down, and if it had dragged on much longer I probably would’ve started looking at another supplier.

The final packaging turned out close to what I had in mind, and the print quality looked good. I’d consider ordering from them again, but I really hope they speed up the custom proof process next time.
